The Purchaser shall hold the Provider free and harmless from any obligations, costs, judgments, attorneys' fees, attachments arising from or growing out of the services rendered by Provider pursuant to the terms of this agreement or in any way connected with the rendering of said services, including, but not limited to, any consequential damages or loss of business as a result of this agreement or extension being granted as a result of the services of Provider and the terms of this agreement. · This agreement contains all of the terms and conditions of use.
